The Eclipse Series pieces are a physical reminder that even in our darkest times the sun is shining somewhere. This piece and the Eclipse Mini both have bubbles rising up which also remind me of being submerged in water. I often feel submerged in my feelings when I am depressed. Looking up to the bubbles rising is a reminder that there is a way out.
The Eclipse Series was born of a conversation about mental health in 2014 in what was the Lullaby Links Chatter group on Facebook. The group has now changes to include Lullaby Links' sibling brand, Fancy Fidget, and is called LLaFF & Chat. We would love to have you as part of the community there.
All of the eclipse pieces are mixed metal with the sun in gold. The Original Eclipse has a small hammered circle of 24K gold symbolizing the sun which sometimes hangs behind and sometimes in front of a rough silver moon shape. The moons are each formed of silver scraps with a bumpy texture and each is unique.
It is shown on a Wheat Convertible Connection Chain (sold separately).
