This item is the silver coil shown between two charms in the first photo and attaching a small charm with an initial stamped on it to a larger centerpiece in the second photo. Initial charms can be found both in this section (A la Carte Extras) and in the bracelets section under Love Letters. Charms, centerpieces and chains are sold separately.
The coil can be opened with fingers fairly easily and then pinched back together with the Fancy Fidget pieces of your choosing, like a key ring.
All pieces are made to order and can take 3-6 weeks from the date of purchase to ship out.
