Pinctada is a species of oyster that produces pearls. This design pairs two different shapes of oyster and two full sets of shells that could, conceivably be put together. It is shown here in mixed metal with 24K gold and fine silver or all in silver. The are five round wire pearls orbiting the four shell shapes and the shells have little hand made ridges along their edges.
